Texas here we are and boy is it still hot........have enjoyed the cooler weather in the northern areas
Had to go and eat here. It is known for its 72 oz. steak that you get free if you can eat it (and the sides) within 1 hour. Surprise, surprise. On 5/26/2014, Molly Schuyler, weighing in at 120 lbs, ate one dinner in less than 5 minutes (4:58), then on the same day, ate another 72oz steak and sides in less than 10 minutes (9:59). You can go to http://bigtexan.com/ There is a 40 page list of people that have eaten the 72oz steak. If you are staying in town, they offer free Limo service for anyone that eats at their restaurant.
This is NOT the 72oz, but its plenty big.
I don't remember where I took this picture but it is a great picture of Ronnie. We evidently were shopping somewhere again, hehe.

An RV sales and service in Amarillo also has a museum that we found interesting. Love this dog house and dog dishes
This was in the movie "RV". We met a fellow that now owns the RV that Robin Williams rented in the movie. He was at Fort Sam Houston at one point. If I find the picture, I will add it to this post. This is the RV the Gornike family drove in the movie.

Home sweet homes. Pulling out of Bay Landing on October 12th to head back to San Antonio
Didn't get a picture of Myron and Karen pulling out at O-Dart thirty, but had a picture where they were parked so shared that. We had 300 miles to go to get to San Antonio so left very, very, very, very early (at least according to the times we normally would leave) to beat rush hour. ;-().

I think all had lots of fun. I know I did! Got to spend time with my family in North Dakota and see lots more country. Hate to see it come to an end. On the last day, we all were a little sad to see it end. But.....next year... here we come!
