July 13 - North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame

One last thing to see before leaving Medora and heading further north.  Last time we were here, Sitting Bull's headdress was on display.  It was absolutely astonishing.  However, we were disappointed as his headdress had been moved to Fort Yates where Sitting Bull is buried.  He was captured and killed sometime after the Battle of the Little Bighorn or better known as Custer's Last Stand.

Here's Dennis and Myron walking up to the ND Cowboy Hall of Fame that explores the history of Native Americans, ranching, rodeo and the western lifestyle of the northern plains horse culture.
